All products sold are non-tangible digital goods. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge that delivery is electronic and no physical shipment takes place.

In the unlikely event of a material error (including pricing errors), we will notify you and offer the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order without penalty.

4.2 Pricing

All prices displayed on authmart.shop are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are exclusive of any applicable taxes or duties unless expressly stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice; however, the price applicable to your order is fixed at the time of checkout confirmation.

4.3 Promotional Offers

An order placed on authmart.shop constitutes an offer to purchase the selected digital goods. A binding contract is formed only upon our issuance of an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.

Payment Terms

6.4 Currency & Conversion

All transactions are processed in USD. Your bank or card issuer may apply currency conversion fees. Authmart is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or bank fees.

Digital Delivery Policy

All products are delivered electronically. Standard delivery is instant upon payment confirmation. In exceptional cases (payment verification, fraud screening), delivery may take up to 24 hours.

  • Delivery is made to the email address provided at checkout
  • Some products may also be accessible via your Authmart account dashboard
  • Customers are responsible for providing a valid, active email address
  • Customers should check their spam/junk folder if a delivery email is not received in the inbox
  • Authmart is not liable for non-delivery caused by an incorrect email address provided by the customer

Licence Terms & Intellectual Property

8.1 Licence Grant

Upon delivery and subject to payment, Authmart grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the software product in accordance with the original software publisher’s licence agreement (‘End User Licence Agreement’ or ‘EULA’). Your use of the software is additionally governed by the relevant publisher’s EULA, which you are solely responsible for reading and complying with.

8.2 Restrictions

You must not:

  • Resell, sublicense, lend, share, or transfer any product key or licence to any third party
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify any software product
  • Use any product for unlawful purposes
  • Use a single-user licence on more devices than permitted by the publisher’s EULA

8.3 Authmart Intellectual Property

All content on authmart.shop, including but not limited to logos, text, graphics, layout, and brand elements, is the property of Authmart LTD and is protected by UK and international intellectual property laws. Unauthorised use is prohibited.

8.4 Third-Party Trademarks

Third-party product names, trademarks, and logos (including QuickBooks®, Intuit®, Microsoft®) are the property of their respective owners. Their use on authmart.shop is for identification purposes only and does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by the respective trademark owners.

Refund, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

9.1 Nature of Digital Goods

Digital products are non-tangible and, once delivered and/or activated, cannot be returned. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept this limitation.

9.2 No-Refund Default

All sales are final. Refunds are not provided once a product key, activation code, or download link has been issued.

9.3 Exceptional Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered solely in the following circumstances:

  • The product was not delivered within 24 hours of a confirmed order and our support team is unable to resend it
  • The product delivered is materially different from the product description on our website
  • The licence key or file provided is confirmed invalid or non-functional and our technical support team is unable to resolve the issue after reasonable attempts
Refund Claim Deadline: All refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the original purchase date. To request a refund, contact support@authmart.shop with your order number, registered email, a description of the issue, and any relevant screenshots or error messages.

9.4 Exchange Policy

Where a refund is not applicable, we will offer an exchange (replacement licence key or correct product) if you received an incorrect product. Exchanges are subject to verification by our support team.

9.5 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or exchanges will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Incompatibility with your hardware, operating system, or software environment not disclosed in the product description
  • Failure to read product descriptions or system requirements prior to purchase
  • Accidental or duplicate purchases

9.6 Consumer Statutory Rights (UK)

Where you have expressly requested supply of digital content and acknowledged that your right of withdrawal will be lost upon delivery commencing, the right of withdrawal will not apply once the digital content has been delivered. Limitation of Liability
